When Dulwich Art Gallery wanted to increase the inclusivity of their venue, we worked with them to review their estate and produced a set of principles and design recommendations to improve the experience for customers and visitors with a cognitive impairment, such as dementia.

We reviewed the interior design, furniture choices, signage and wayfinding, lighting, exterior landscaping and design of the restaurant including counters, artwork and menus.
