What we did: Inclusivity & accessibility consultancy
Working with Motionspot, we reviewed the customer experience for passengers with cognitive or sensory impairment or those who are neurodivergent.
After reviewing the TfL Euston station in great detail, exploring different routes and journeys, we put together a set of principals and design recommendations that could improve the experience for disabled passengers.
